Delete your Nabd account

Nabd is published by paymentery.com. Two ways to delete your account:

In the app: Settings → Privacy & my data → Delete account → confirm. Deletion is scheduled after 14 days; signing in again during that time cancels it.

By e-mail: write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete Nabd account" and your registered phone number. We confirm and complete it within 14 days. Staff accounts are removed by the clinic administrator, or contact us the same way.

Deleted: the sign-in account, devices and sessions, preferences, delegations and non-clinical messages. Kept: medical and billing records the clinic must legally retain, for the legally required period. On the demo server all data is fictional and is removed completely.
