The published apps are a demo connected to a demo server with fictional data. Do not enter real health information.

Data we collect

• Patient app: phone number (sign-in); name, date of birth and sex; appointments; the health record your clinic adds (visits, diagnoses, results, prescriptions, documents); invoices and payments; messages with the clinic; photos you take of your own documents.
• Staff app: e-mail, name and role; what staff document in patient records; clinical photos taken with patient consent.
• Approximate location: once, with your permission, to sort the nearest branches when booking. Not stored or sent.
• Device information: device type and app version, to protect sessions and manage trusted devices.

How we use it

Only to provide the clinic's services: booking, medical documentation, billing, reminders and messaging. No advertising, no selling of data, no sharing with marketing parties, no cross-app tracking.

Sharing

Your data is available to the clinic you use and to its staff according to their role. You can delegate sections to a family member and revoke it at any time.

Security

Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest with per-clinic keys; two-step sign-in for staff (demo tester accounts excepted on the demo server); an audit trail of record access; no photos saved to the gallery; app data excluded from cloud backup and device transfer.

Retention and deletion

Delete your account in the app (Settings → Privacy & my data → Delete account); deletion is scheduled after 14 days and can be cancelled meanwhile. Or request it on the account deletion page. Medical and billing records the clinic must legally keep are retained by the clinic for the required period.

Your rights

Export a copy of your data in the app, ask your clinic to correct it, and withdraw optional consents such as notifications and usage analytics.
