E-mail [email protected] with the app name (Nabd or Nabd Staff), your phone model and a description of the problem. For medical emergencies call your local emergency number — the app is not an emergency service.

Signing in

Patient app: your phone number and the verification code (the demo gives testers a number with a fixed code). Staff app: the e-mail and password from your clinic; demo tester accounts sign in directly and can try every role from Menu → Try as role.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Privacy & my data → Delete account, or use the account deletion page. See also the Privacy Policy.
